hiii helloooo and welcommeeee. I haven’t posted in a while and that is purely due to the fact that school has been taking over my entire existence so I am extremely exhausted but that’s totally fine *deep breath*. Ariel’s Questions ~

1.What is your favourite song right now?

Ok I currently have a LOT of favourites but if I had to chose it would be Alaska and Seven Minutes.

2.What is the last thing you watched on TV?

I just recently re-watched Infinity war!

3.How would you rank these: physical books, ebooks, audiobooks?

The same way mentioned above lol

4.What is your favourite genre right now?

probably fantasy or contemporary

5.What is your most unpopular bookish opinion?

Okay I feel this is pretty controversial but I think readathons are pretty miserable. I mean your main aim is to finish the book as fast as you can and well you don’t get to enjoy the book thoroughly . *hides*

6.Can you cook?

I make a mean boiled water ✌

7.Would you ever go skydiving?

Nope, no, nada, and absolutely not.

8.What is your favourite thing about the place you live?

uh I really don’t know what to say for this but maybe good restaurants?(a very lame answer indeed)

9.If you could have one book adapted to the screen right now, which would it be?

The lunar chronicles! Like just imagine how awesome that would be

10.What are the best and worst adaptations you’ve seen?

For the worst I think we all know *cough* Percy Jackson *cough*. For the best Catching Fire

11.Out of all the books you’ve read this year, which one made the biggest impact on you and why?

Radio Silence by Alice Oseman, it hits you hard with the feels and I loved how real this book was.

Naemi’s Questions ~

1.Which book character do you think would do the best job at impersonating you if they had to take over your life?

ooooh that’s a really interesting question, I don’t really have a proper answer for this one but maybe Annabeth?

2.Which author deserves to win an award for the most mouth-watering food descriptions?

Huh I actually have no idea

3.What is one of the most embarrassing things that has ever happened to you? (You obviously don’t have to answer, but I thought it would only be fair to ask since I had to spill the beans, too )

It’s been ten minutes and I still have no clue, but ahem most of the family events I’ve been to are pretty embarrassing.

4.What is one of the worst book covers you’ve ever seen

The cover for Lux absolutely sucks! There have been quite a few redesigns but the covers with the half cut faces are particularly the worst.*puke* *barf* *vomit* *bleh* picture not attached to spare your eyes.

5.If you could travel to any place in the world for free, where would you go?

I would love to go to London or Rome!

6.What are your favorite kinds of blog posts to write and why?

I really haven’t written many posts but I find tags and series discussions extremely fun to do!

7.Would you rather never know what was on the last page of every book you read or always be spoiled for the entire last chapter before reading a book? (And just so you know, “the last page” means the last page of the story. There are no cop-out “I don’t care about acknowledgments anyway” answers here!)

Spoiled for the entire last chapter- hey at least that way I’ll know what happens, and anyways most of the time I always end up spoiling it for myself lol.

8.Apart from reading, what do you like doing in your spare time?

I love painting and sketching and indulging in ice-cream 😃 also playing sports when I’m not lazy (a rare occurrence)

9.If you had to create a playlist for a friend, which three songs or pieces definitely shouldn’t be missing?

the Louvre by Lorde, Crush Culture by Conan Gray, Fools by Troye Sivan, and since I’m a cheater I’ll add one more – History has its eyes on you by the Hamilton cast

10.Which book from your country would you recommend to foreign readers?

The night diary by Veera Hiranandani! It’s one of my favourite historical fiction books of all time and is absolutely heart wrenching

11.Since the holiday season is approaching – got any festive book or movie recommendations?

My true love gave to me- basically a compilation of twelve different holiday stories by twelve different authors!
